About the job
As a member of the WSIB's Senior Management Committee, you will coordinate and integrate a multidisciplinary Corporate Services team comprised of divisional leadership from Human Resources, Communications and Public Affairs, Appeals, Policy & Consultation, Secretariat, Compliance Services, Business Technology Services, and Channel Solutions. You will lead business planning and enhanced reporting requirements from across the Corporate Services division while working alongside key business partners from other areas within the WSIB.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Corporate Services division leads to establish an integrated rolling three-year vision and strategic plan. Develop an annual plan to support the WSIB's strategic vision, transformation activities and operational priorities
• Assist the Corporate Services division leads and the Finance Business Partner to execute the annual plan and report on progress, risks, and issues
• Organize/design biannual Senior Management meetings
• Lead the development of metrics for the Corporate Services Cluster
• Oversee a Reporting & Analytics Analyst and a Stakeholder/Government Relations Advisor
• Work closely with business partners to ensure the Corporate Services Cluster is addressing key business needs and priorities and be involved in developing plans to address any perceived gaps.
• Provide advisory support on stakeholder engagement and people readiness activities e.g. Change Management, in support of the Enterprise Roadmap and key transformation priorities.
• Oversee the development of presentations and/or reports to support adhoc queries and stakeholder engagement activities for the Chief, Corporate Services

The ideal candidate will have:
• Knowledge typically acquired through a Graduate degree with an emphasis on Strategic Management experience in program management and people management
• Demonstrated Project Management skills to lead various projects/programs
• Knowledge and experience in strategic and corporate planning activities
• Knowledge of internal and/or external stakeholder groups and consultation and engagement strategies to understand their concerns, issues, needs and requirements
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Strong Influential, negotiation and facilitation skills
• Effective communication skills to network, present and explain new concepts and ideas, and ability to build strong linkages with team members, external and internal stakeholders using various modes of communication.
