About the job

In this role you will:

• Work in a team environment to process intake of vital event documents and customer service requests (internal and external)
• Deal calmly and effectively with clients over the phone and in person to provide accurate information
• Review and process documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with legislation
• Data entry of information into a database
• Process all requests in a timely manner to meet time frames
• Assist clients in resolving issues in order to register vital events
• Build and maintain relationships with various partners
