About the job
Work Description:
• Position is located within the provincial park
• Assist with interpretive or educational programs, special events, and guided hikes to educate park visitors in learning about the park's resources and park environment
• Assist with marketing, promotion, retail sales and merchandising of Ontario Parks Merchandise (e.g. promote interpretive or educational programs)
• Assist with general clerical duties (e.g. handling cash, operating cash register system, reconciling, calculating and verifying accounting information)
• Provide effective customer service (e.g. responding and assisting with public “in person” and “phone” inquiries
