About the job

As Project Manager, you will:
• manage all phases of multiple medium to large scale complex I&IT projects
• ensure project deliverables meet clients business requirements on time, within scope and budget and follow OPS project management methodologies and frameworks
• provide technical leadership and expertise in risk and issues management and in implementing best practices

What you bring to the team


Project Management Knowledge and Experience:

• you demonstrate experience managing all phases of concurrent I&IT projects including medium and large scale, technically complex projects across a range of enterprise technologies
• you have experience developing and maintaining detailed resource loaded project schedules
• you have in-depth knowledge of I&IT project management standards, tools, techniques and methodologies, including Project Management Institute (PMI), ITIL, and industry best practices

Technical Knowledge:

• you demonstrate knowledge of I&IT technologies, industry trends and offerings to support project deliverables (i.e. SaaS and Hybrid SasS approaches, cloud computing, industry trends, and system/business analysis)
• you have technical skills and expertise in contributing project roles
• you have strong knowledge of financial and controllership management to develop and manage project budgets
• you have procurement knowledge to support acquisition of software solutions, hardware and services (i.e. business cases, request for information, request for proposals, award, statement of work, etc)

Communication Skills:

• you have interpersonal, negotiation, collaboration and communication skills to build effective project teams and develop client relationships

Technical Leadership Skills:

• you demonstrate experience in providing technical leadership, training and advice to project teams
• you are able to provide technical expertise, and develop and manage project plans, budgets and resources successfully

Organizational and Problem Solving Skills:

• you demonstrate experience in identifying and managing risks and issues to manage change and to establish key priorities
• you have a strong understanding of approaches, strategies and actions to manage change and ensure change projects are successful
• you have experience establishing key priorities and allocation of resources as needed
