In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service at a public counter in a fast paced environment as well, as clerical and cashier duties.

About the job

You will:
• receive, review, process and issue court documents at a busy public counter
• respond to telephone/counter inquiries and provide information to clients and legal professionals
• provide information and assistance regarding procedures for completing and filing forms according to practices, policies and applicable rules
• collect fees, process payments, and issue invoices
• input/update cases on court computerized systems
• maintain filing systems and provide administrative/clerical support
