• identify and develop educational curriculum, programs and projects that support the delivery of public education programs to increase knowledge and understanding of the Ontario Human Rights Code and related compliance requirements
• provide project planning and technical leadership in planning and developing human rights curriculum for electronic and conventional educational programs and activities
• identify, develop, and administer human rights organizational and sector behavioural and attitudinal change initiatives aimed at promoting human rights understanding and realization
What you bring to the team
Mandatory:
• You are proficient in oral and written French at the advanced level
Technical Knowledge:
• You have expertise in instructional design, implementation and evaluation principles, theories and methods
• You are an expert in the design and development of participatory-based and web-based curricula
• You have knowledge of organizational, behavioural and attitudinal change theory and practice
• You are able to interpret and apply knowledge of the Human Rights Code, related legislation, directives and activities
• You have knowledge of electronic presentation and learning technology (eg: Adobe Flash, Adobe Presenter, Acrobat Connect, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe Presenter)
Communication:
• You can produce and edit a range of training/educational materials and tools for very diverse audiences
• You can communicate sensitively to diverse audiences and are able to exchange information with professional, technical and administrative personnel
Other Essential Skills:
• You have strong research, analytical and evaluation skills
• You have highly developed project planning, organizing, co-ordinating and administrative skills
• You have strong consultation, teamwork and relationship building skills.

As a result of the recently agreed to AMAPCEO collective agreement, a new job evaluation system will be implemented on October 1, 2013. In the new job evaluation system, the classification level of this position is Level 5 with a salary range of $64,605.00 - $90,300.00
