Work Description:

• Perform data entry of property-based information
• Conduct data validation and assessment to determine readiness and ensure it meets the pre-determined criteria
• Retrofit existing files into new file plan
• Plan, organize, coordinate and manage daily assigned work
• Work may require experience specified/listed in the questions below or other similar tasks as assigned

Mandatory requirements

All positions require students to be 15 years of age on the first day of employment with no age limit.

Some positions require students to be 15-24 years of age (or 15-29 years of age if you are a person with a disability) on the first day of employment due to program funding.

Qualification Requirements

Communication and Interpersonal skills
• You work with ministry staff and have strong customer service and oral communication skills
• You apply your initiative and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team

Technical Skills and Knowledge
• You use computer software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email, electronic file management systems, paying close attention to detail
• You assess data for readiness and validate data that has been entered into spreadsheets and a database
• You input data accurately and generate reports

Organizational skills
• You accurately review and update files
• You work independently or as part of a team; you plan, organize and prioritize your time to meet competing deadlines
