About the job
You will:
• provide receptionist services, in both French and English, for a Regional Office of the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee
• provide program-related clerical and administrative support services to staff of the Regional Office
• provide effective front-line customer service to a diverse group of clients, the general public and various stakeholders.
What you bring to the team
Mandatory requirement:
• proficiency in English and advanced level oral French
People Skills:
• customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to provide front-line client service and perform receptionist functions
Other Skills and Knowledge:
• organizational and prioritization skills to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• knowledge of general office procedures to facilitate the administrative operations of an office
• proficiency with computers and word processing, spreadsheet, database and e-mail software packages to type and access information
