The eHealth Liaison Branch is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to be part of a dynamic opportunity to influence eHealth directions in Ontario. The Branch seeks a highly motivated individual with outstanding capacity and initiative to provide administrative support to the eHealth Strategy, Planning and Alignment Unit. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, you are proactive and can manage multiple priorities within an extremely faced-paced, demanding, and information intensive environment. You will manage information flow, coordinate office and business administrative activities, and plan meetings.

Your role will include:

• delivering a broad range of administrative support services
• providing assistance related to the development and implementation of administrative processes and systems.
• responding to inquiries from staff and the public
• preparing a variety of material including routine correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, minutes and presentations
• coordinating travel and meeting arrangements

What you bring to the team


Your administrative knowledge and abilities will include:

• knowledge of administrative processes and policies to provide support to management and staff
• ability to contribute to the development and implementation of office administrative systems and processes
• problem-solving and analytical skills to anticipate and assess needs, provide general information and refer requests appropriately
