What can I expect to do in this role?
Reporting to the Director, Corporate Affairs, the successful candidate will research and write policy papers and briefing notes, provide advice to senior management and government, manage issues with government and stakeholders, and develop and manage programs as part of the LCBO's retail, social responsibility, environmental and regulatory roles.

• have knowledge of policy development process usually gained through a combination of post-secondary education and/or experience in a policy and issues environment;
• have demonstrated research and analytical skills;

• have strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• be a deadline driven self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight timelines.
