About the job

As a Client Services Representative working within a team, you will:

• provide clerical, cashier and counter services to ensure the efficient operation of a court office
• receive, process, and issue court documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• respond to telephone and counter inquiries
• prepare deposits for revenue and trust accounts prepare deposits for revenue and trust accounts
• compose correspondence and maintain filing systems

What you bring to the team


Mandatory:

• proficiency in English and advanced oral and written French
• the successful candidate will be required to provide a satisfactory criminal reference check prior to the commencement of employment.

Knowledge:

• ability to interpret and apply relevant acts, legislation, policies and procedures relevant to the court operations
