What can I expect to do in this role?

You will provide leadership in the management of staff and resources to ensure the delivery of court services; direct and lead the development of staff; manage/implement corporate and program change initiatives; ensure compliance with statutory obligations; proactive management of stakeholder relationships

How do I qualify?

Mandatory

Demonstrated experience in management/supervisory role; experience working in courts environment; sound knowledge of program areas; exceptional people/relationship skills for high pressure environment; demonstrated teamwork; ability to respond to conflicting demands; extensive planning/analytical/organizational/communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build positive and appropriate working relationships with Stakeholders/Union representatives. Proficiency in oral and written French at the advanced level.
