Planning, Information and Coordination Services is seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator to lead and coordinate the development of strategies, systems and best practices that support effective client relationships in the delivery of knowledge management services.

• lead and coordinate the design, development, testing, and implementation of knowledge management best practices and systems that support effective client relationship management
• identify and develop change management strategies to address issues that result from changed or new program/branch/division/ministry initiatives
• lead and/or participate in the development and delivery of data analytics and/or training to support effective client management strategies and practices

How do I qualify?

Client Relationship Management Knowledge

• You have expert knowledge of client relationship management based models, strategies and tools
• You have thorough knowledge of knowledge management best practices, methods, business tools and systems to lead the design, development, testing and implementation of supporting tools and systems

Consultation Skills

• You have strong consultation skills to lead strategic discussions regarding client issues, data needs/requirements, proposed system changes and the development of policies and best practices

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

• You demonstrate oral and written communication skills to prepare a variety of documents (e.g. proposals, reports, training materials) and deliver presentations to senior management
• You have interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

Project Management and Organizational Skills

• You have experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders as well as plan, monitor, track and report on project activities to support client business needs

Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

• you have the ability to identify and assess client issues, needs and feedback in order to develop recommendations and proposals on changes to program/branch/division/ministry practices and programs

Computer Skills

• you have proficiency with computer software applications such as word processing, database platforms, spreadsheets and presentations to prepare a variety of documents, perform analyses and reporting, and develop presentations
