If yes, then we need your expertise to implement the online brand marketing strategy for all MGCS web properties and partner web properties, across Ontario.
What can I expect to do in this role?
You will:
• assist in the development of strategic online content, customer experience, user journeys, plain language and branch reporting based on the latest digital developments
• research and analyze best practices, develop and recommend short to long-term tactics for improvement of MGCS web properties
• work across units and support collaboration and integration between all parties involved in the content creation process
• develop effective content to support corporate business objectives for all MGCS online web properties
• coordinate the business activities by leading the day-to-day work of team members, internal ServiceOntario partners and agencies
How do I qualify?
Technical Expertise
• you are able to communicate complex ideas into content that is simple to understand for web users
• you have advanced knowledge of digital strategies
• you have basic HTML coding skills
• you have an understanding the approval's process used in communications branches in the Ontario Government, , or similar institutions
• you have an understanding and knowledge of the digital trends/research that supports MGCS's objectives
• you have advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft Office suite, web reporting tools and software
Project Management and Organizational Skills
• you have project management, strategic planning, and coordination skills and experience successfully developing online content
• you have organizational and problem-solving skills to establish work priorities and apply problem-solving techniques in issue resolution
Communication and Relationship Management Skills:
• you have oral and written communication and presentation skills
• you have relationship management skills to manage contract relationships, develop and foster effective partnerships
• you have interpersonal and team building skills to lead and work in a highly team-oriented environment
Research and Analytical Skills
• you have analytical skills to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and brand equity research
