How did you learn about the Summer Employment Opportunities (SEO) Program?
Why are you interested in this position?
A key objective of the SEO program is to build a talent continuum that will enable the OPS to attract, hire, and retain top student talent. In order to establish a student talent inventory, the SEO program is asking all applicants to indicate their current interest and availability for employment with the OPS following the completion of their SEO contracts. This information may be used to fill upcoming vacancies for entry level positions in the OPS. At this point in time, will you be available and interested in an employment opportunity with the OPS following the completion of your SEO contract? Please note, if you select “No” or “I prefer not to answer”, your application will not be considered for future employment opportunities with the OPS.
Following the submission of your application form, you will be provided with an opportunity to complete a survey. We collect data through a survey to help improve the program and identify potential barriers in the recruitment process. The survey is not part of the recruitment process and is anonymous. Your participation in the survey will help shape the future success of the program and will contribute to our efforts to build a more diverse, inclusive and accessible Ontario Public Service.
