What can I expect to do in this role?
In this role, you will:
• provide a wide range of administrative and executive support services including preparing and reviewing correspondence;
• work with financial and human resource documents;
• provide customer service to internal and external clients;
• maintain and coordinate a complex and dynamic calendar, handling all aspects of travel and meeting;
• maintain filing systems.

Judgment and Organizational skills:
• You have demonstrated organizational and time management skills and a successful track record of effectively multi-tasking and dealing with competing demands with tight deadlines.
• You possess good judgment and problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities to deal with inquiries and discrepancies.
• You have shown the ability to apply sound judgment, tact and political acuity in identifying contentious matters and taking appropriate action.
Administrative and Financial knowledge/skills:
• You possess demonstrated experience in providing administrative support.
• You have experience applying general office procedures, practices and methods.
• You possess proven arithmetic and financial skills to reconcile payments, track expenditures and assist with budget forecasting.
Communication and interpersonal skills:
• You have proven communication skills to liaise with clients and convey information or explanations to managers, colleagues and clients.
• You demonstrate interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy and ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and difficult customer service situations.
Computer skills:
• You have proven computer skills including the ability to use various software such as word-processing, spreadsheet, e-mail, Internet/Intranet, and databases.
