What can I expect to do in this role?

In this role, you will:
• lead and manage a team of specialists in the provision of research, analysis and program evaluation to support the development and delivery policy and program initiatives.
• provide strategic, evidence-based options and recommendations to senior executives.
• lead and manage the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic program frameworks
• prepares and delivers comprehensive data management, analysis and modelling and capacity building strategies and operational plans.
• oversees data management / analysis / modelling and the monitoring, analysis and research of trends and complex issues.
• lead business, financial, and strategic planning processes for Ministry analytics supporting programs/operations and services
• create and enable new data and analytic tools, techniques, and practices to build analytic capacity in the division and advance ministry strategic priorities.
• establish and maintain excellent collaboration and partnerships with key partners and stakeholders.
• oversee the preparation of submissions, research/evaluation reports and recommendations, decision notes, discussion papers and policy materials.
