What can I expect to do in this role?

As Project Manager, you will:
•manage all phases or specific components of multiple medium to large scale complex I&IT projects under the direction of our clients
•ensure project deliverables meet clients business requirements on time, scope and budget and follow OPS project management methodologies and frameworks
•provide technical leadership and expertise in risk and issues management and in implementing best practices

How do I qualify?

Project Management Knowledge and Experience

• you have demonstrated project management experience managing all phases of concurrent I&IT projects, including medium to large scale, technically complex projects across a range of enterprise technologies
• you have experience developing a project charter and creating and managing integrated project plans
• you have experience developing and maintaining detailed resource loaded project schedule with predecessors
• you have extensive working knowledge of I&IT project management standards, tools, techniques and methodologies, including Project Management Institute (PMI), ITIL, MS Project, and industry best practices

Technical Knowledge and Experience

• you have experience managing technically complex I&IT projects across a wide range of enterprise based systems, platforms and technologies, with an understanding of areas of expertise associated with contributing project roles
• you have excellent technical skills and understanding of the advances in technology to provide technical expertise and team leadership
• you have a strong understanding of financial and controllership management and experience developing and refining cost estimates and managing the project budgets
• you have procurement knowledge to support policies and practices of software solutions, hardware and services

Communication Skills

• you have excellent interpersonal, negotiation and collaboration skills to communicate project deliverables and build strong project teams and client relationships
• you have excellent written and verbal communication skills to design develop and deliver presentations and briefings

Technical Leadership Skills

• you have demonstrated experience leading several concurrent projects and in providing leadership, training and advice for technical project teams
• you have experience in day-to-day management of technical resources to complete projects on time, scope and budget

Organizational and Problem Solving Skills:

• you have demonstrated experience identifying, monitoring and managing risks and issues through to resolution or mitigation with senior executives
• you have strong understanding of approaches, strategies and actions to manage change and ensure change projects are successful
• you have demonstrated experience establishing key priorities and allocation of resources as needed
