Are you a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented professional interested in joining an innovative team where you will have the opportunity to support IT Source senior management, business units, and other I&IT stakeholders to support business decisions and strategic plans?

What can I expect to do in this role?

In this role, you will:
• support IT Source in account management activities for clients spanning across the I&IT community, including direct client communication with key stakeholders regarding their requests for I&IT project resources
• receive and track resource requests, analyzing and recommending resource matches in a timely and professional manner
• provide demand and capacity analysis, reporting and tracking to support business decisions and strategic plans
• lead the intake, administration and co-ordination of resource requests and assignment activities related to IT Source
• coordinate, track, and monitor demand and capacity of resources, resource assignments, change requests, and resignations

How do I qualify?

Demand Capacity Skills

• you have knowledge of technical and behavioural competencies required of I&IT professionals at various levels of expertise (i.e. Project Managers, Architects, Systems Analysts, Business Analysts)
• you have workforce evaluation and planning skills
• you have experience tracking and reporting on systems and processes
• you have demonstrated knowledge of information and data and statistical research theory and methodologies, analysis models and techniques
• you have demonstrated knowledge of reporting methods in order to identify and analyze demand and capacity issues
• you have team leadership skills to provide advice and guidance to peers and management

Research, Analytical and Project Management Skills

• you have quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills
• you have aptitude for detail in order to plan, monitor, and track resource assignments, demand summaries and provide accurate analyses, reports and recommendations
• you have the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines for resource requests in a high volume environment
• you have project management skills to plan, prioritize, coordinate, control and resolve issues and problems within a high volume environment

Relationship Management Skills

• you have customer service and relationship management skills to build and maintain effective working relationships
• you have teamwork skills to coordinate with diverse internal and external contacts
• you have the ability to develop and adapt to a continuous change environment

Organizational and Problem Solving Skills

• you have the ability to work independently and use your organizational and problem solving skills, to manage, coordinate, prioritize and expedite high volume requests and competing priorities
